Today, we got the official letter we were waiting for today from Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission! I’ll repeat the relevant portion of the letter here:

Re: Eligibility as a Charitable Organization

On July 4, 2011, the Chief Executive Officer, Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, advised you that the eligibility for Lethbridge Lodge No. 792, Loyal Order of Moose was suspended for failing to submit the required financial reports as per Section 100 of the Gaming and Liquor Act.

All outstanding issues regarding the eligibility of the Lethbridge Lodge No. 792 Loyal Order of Moose to conduct gaming events have now been resolved and the organization is reinstated.
